Emergency Stop Buttons in Craft Rooms: What to Expect
If you press one of the emergency stop buttons sited around the craft room, you will immediately:1. Disconnect the power supply to all machines in the craft room, so they will stop running.
2. Engage the safety brakes on all machines; preventing any residual movement.
3. Sound an audible alarm to alert people on the premises.
4. Lock the doors to ensure no one can enter or leave until the incident has been investigated and resolved.
