Manic Perimenopause Fatigue: Symptoms, Causes & Management
Perimenopause is essentially the timeframe or transition between childbearing years and menopause. Manic perimenopause fatigue shares this same timeframe in a woman's life, but the intensity of some of the symptoms will be greater or more severe.-
Mood Swings

The most prevalent symptom of this condition is mood swings. Often times, these shifts in mood will be frequent, intense and unpredictable.
Fatigue

Most women suffering from manic perimenopause fatigue will experience some level of exhaustion or fatigue, hence the name of the condition.
Irritability

Another fairly common symptom of manic perimenopause fatigue will be irritability. Generally, a woman's temper will fairly sensitive or her "fuse" will be fairly short.
Hot Flashes

Much like perimenopause, manic perimenopause fatigue will also bring with it the symptom of hot flashes.
Irregular Periods

The majority of women suffering from manic perimenopause fatigue will also begin to experience irregular periods.
Insomnia

Many times, manic perimenopause fatigue will also create some sort of sleeping issues in a woman. This will usually spring up as insomnia or restlessness.
