According to the Women's Heart Foundation, heart attacks have become the number one killer in our nation of women. This affects women mostly between 40 and 60. It is more deadly even than breast cancer.-

Pain

You may experience pain in your back or your shoulders. It could also be in your neck or your arm.
Indigestion

You may experience indigestion followed by nausea or even vomiting.
Dizziness

Women have experienced weakness and fatigue before a heart attack, which can also cause dizziness and fainting.
Anxiety

You can experience anxiety or panic. However, do not confuse anxiety attacks with heart attacks, as symptoms are similar.
