  Visit the Pre-seed website and click the "Free Sample" link in the upper right corner of the webpage. View the free sample requirements -- it requires you to "like" the Pre-seed Facebook page with your Facebook account.

  Log in to your Facebook account on a Tuesday afternoon between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. PST. Visit the Pre-Seed Facebook page and click "Like."

  Send an email to the Pre-seed manufacturers (INGfertility) at [e-mail]. Include your name and address in the body of the email and send the email immediately after "liking" the Pre-seed Facebook page.
