Valentina Vassilyev: The Woman with the Most Children - History's Record

Valentina Vladimirovna Vassilyev (February 17, 1908–May 17, 1969), a Russian peasant woman, holds the record for the most children born to one woman. She gave birth to 69 children—16 pairs of fraternal twins, seven sets of triplets and four quadruplets—in 27 confinements.
