Healthy Heart Rate for Women Age 49: Understanding Normal Ranges
Normal resting heart rate: between 60 and 100 beats per minute
Maximum heart rate during exercise: 220-age = maximum heart rate (for a 49 year old woman: 220-49 = 171 beats per minute)
It's important to remember that everyone's heart rate is different and can vary based on a variety of factors, including fitness level, activity level, stress, temperature, medications, or medical conditions. It's always best to talk to your doctor about what is normal for you, as well as when to discuss any concerns related to your heart rate.
