Understanding Fever in Children: Is 39.1°C Concerning?
A child's normal body temperature falls somewhere between 36.3 C and 37.7 C (97.5 C and 100 C). A rectal temperature at or above 38 C (102 C) or an oral temperature above 37.6 C (99.7 C) is considered a fever.
So it depends the age of the child and the source of measurement of body temperature of child which should not exceed of 40 c
