2015 American Heart Association Guidelines: AEDs in Infants and Children
- AED is recommended for all children at risk of or known to have a high-risk arrhythmia.
- AED is recommended for all children who have survived cardiac arrest.
- AED is reasonable to consider for all hospitalized children in settings where AEDs are readily accessible.
