Is Weight Watcher's Monthly Pass a Combination of Online Tools and Meetings?
Weight Watchers has several ways that members can join. Members may sign up by paying week-by-week, by buying a 17-week pass, or by monthly pass. The monthly pass, just as the name implies, is when a member pays for their Weight Watcher membership one month at a time.-
Method
-
A monthly pass membership can be purchased on-line or at an actual Weight Watchers meeting. Each month, once paid, the member receives a membership card to take to the meetings to verify their payment status. The payment is automatic as a member must use a credit card at registration that is automatically billed each month until the member cancels.
Meetings
-
The member who uses the monthly pass gets unlimited access to meetings, while those who pay week-by-week must pay at each meeting.
On-line Resources
-
ETools is the on-line support program for Weight Watcher members. It has tools such as discussion forums, recipes, points trackers, progress trackers, a recipe builder and a points database for thousands of foods. Unlimited access to eTools is included in the cost of the monthly pass.
Cost
-
The members that use the monthly pass pay less per week than those that pay each week. Additionally, members who sign up with monthly pass pay no registration fee.
