Calculating BMI: The Importance of Height & Weight
Calculating BMI using only weight (without height) is not possible. Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure that considers both weight and height to estimate body fat. The formula for calculating BMI is:
BMI = Weight (in kilograms) / Height (in meters squared)
Without knowing the height, one cannot accurately determine the BMI using weight alone.
