How to Make a Low -Calorie Yogurt Dessert Using Weight Watchers Yogurt
Make a tasty low-calorie yogurt dessert using Weight Watchers Yogurt and a few other ingredients. Keep some of this versatile dessert on hand for those times you get a craving for something sweet.Things You'll Need
- Medium mixing bowl
- 1 small package sugar-free powdered gelatin dessert
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- Measuring cup, microwave-safe
- Microwave oven
- Mixing spoon
- 8-ounce container Weight Watchers Yogurt, 2
- 8 ounces sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
- 7 small bowls or releasable containers with lids
Instructions
Place 1/3 cup of water in a microwave-safe measuring cup and bring to a boil in a microwave oven. A a small package of sugar-free gelatin dessert powder to the water and stir until completely dissolved.
Place the contents of two Weight Watchers yogurts in a medium mixing bowl. Add the gelatin dessert mixture and stir until well blended.
Add whipped topping into the yogurt and gelatin dessert mixture. Fold in gently with a mixing spoon. Use a gentle touch to keep the dessert light and fluffy.
Spoon into small bowls and refrigerate.
