You can easily and quickly drop several pounds by following this diet with these specific instructions as listed below:
*Every morning eat one or two eggs and any type of lean meat (Canadian Bacon, turkey bacon)
*Mid-morning and mid-afternoon eat a whole orange. Do not drink orange juice, eat fresh oranges. This is an important step in this diet. If you cannot get oranges, then substitute 1/4 of a cantelope twice a day instead.
*For lunch and dinner have a salad comprised of any raw vegetables you wish to have: lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, celery, olives onions, peppers, etc.
*Drink 6-8 glasses of water and limit diet sodas, tea and coffee
*no breads
*No crackers or cheese
*no other fruits
*No fat salad dressing only, oil and vinegar is best though
*You can have two servings of any kind of lean meat: turkey, sirloin, round steak, any kind of fish, but not fried, etc.
*Do not substitute fruit or vegetable juices for the real thing
*Absolutely no sweets for two days
