Instructions
Open an MS Word document. Click "Insert" and then "Chart." Select "Line Chart."
Remove extra graph lines by highlighting and clicking "Delete." When creating a weight loss graph, an MS Excel spreadsheet will automatically open.
Enter in the units of time you want to measure in Column A on the Excel spreadsheet. Track monthly, weekly or daily weight loss.
Enter in weight loss amounts in the spaces next to Column A. For example, if you lose 5 lbs. in the month of January, enter 5 in the cell next to January.
Save your weight loss graph and spreadsheet for future use.
