Eat breakfast everyday. Most people will skip a meal if they are trying to lose 10 pounds in 1 week. However, do NOT skip breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast helps regulate your metabolism and you need a healthy metabolism to lose weight.
Eat turkey or tuna for lunch. These meats a high in protein and will help your body burn fat. You can throw a slice of cheese on either of these to make them more tasteful. I like to only use a half piece of cheese to cut down on the calories. Make sure that you are eating whole grain breads.
Stick to chicken, fish or steak. Do not eat french fries with these meats. Instead of fries, eat rice or another low calorie side dish.
Keep up with your new diet. Try to stick to your diet as much as possible. Stay away from drinks that have a lot of carbohydrates. Try to drink water, tea, or diet soda. Water will help you lose the most weight because it contains no additional calories.
