In order to lose weight successfully on this diet you will need to know and understand the three different phases. Each phase has its own diet plan and differ from each other a little bit. Just so you know the three phases are Basic Rice Diet, Lacto Vegetarian and Vegetarian Plus.
The phase two option is where you follow the basic phase for one day of the week and then follow the vegetarian phase for one day. Then the rest of the five days you will follow the lacto vegetarian phase. It might sound a little complicated, but it is not and everything is laid out for you quite well.
The last part of this diet is the maintenance plan. This where you rotate the different plans. So, it will look something like this you will eat the basic rice diet one day a week, then two days a week on the vegetarian plus and then lastly you will do the lacto vegetarian diet for four days.
