- Magazines
- Scissors
- Paper
- Glue
Instructions
Look through magazines for pictures of your body goal. The pictures you choose should be of healthy bodies, not gaunt models. It is also important to try to be realistic. Very few people are or should be size 0, so keep perspective.
Cut out all of the photos that you find.
Glue them onto a piece of paper to make a Thinspiration collage.
Repeat this to make a few collages.
Place the collages in your workout areas or on the outside of cabinets that contain junk food. Use the photos to inspire you to continue working out and eating correctly.
