Human beings need fluid to survive. You should drink natural fruit juices and teas when you want something with flavor. Water is the best fluid you can drink for the health of your body. Drinking more water is an effective way to lose weight and stay healthy. You should drink at least six glasses of water per day.

Carry a water bottle with you. If you always have a water bottle nearby, you can easily drink more water. Refilling it is as simple as finding a tap.
Keep water or a healthy juice nearby when spending time on a computer or watching television. You will drink it while distracted by whatever you are doing, and your fluid intake will increase easily.
Drink water or juice with your meals, instead of soda or anything else. This will add at least one glass per day to your total, and possibly two or three.
