- Blender
- Water
- Ice
- Whey Protein
- Milk
- Peanut Butter
Instructions
Take a blender and put 4 or 5 ice cubes in it
Pour 8 ounces of milk into the blender. Keep in mind that generally milk higher in fat has more protein.
Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter to the blender. I recommend natural peanut butter as it has no sugar or trans fat
