CellMass is a creatine powder product made by BSN. This post-workout recovery drink and performance activator won the Creatine Product of the Year award for 2005 to 2009 by Bodybuilding.com. According to the manufacturer's website, CellMass contains amino acids, minerals and key electrolytes that rapidly absorb to refuel and build muscles. This formulation is said to reduce the bloating and water retention usually associated with creatine supplementation.
Instructions
Training Day Use
Mix one scoop of CellMass with four to six oz. of cold water or cold drink of your choice immediately after your workout. Stir vigorously to prevent settling.
Drink the CellMass mixture right away. This drink should be taken on an empty stomach.
Wait 20 to 30 minutes and then eat your normal post-workout meal. Include protein and carbohydrates to help your muscles recover from the workout.
Mix a second serving of one scoop of CellMass and four to six oz. of cold water or drink of your choice six to eight hours after your first dose. This serving should be taken on an empty stomach.
Non-Training Day Use
Mix one scoop of CellMass with four to six oz. of cold water or drink of your choice upon waking. Stir vigorously to prevent settling.
Drink the CellMass mixture immediately. Note that this first serving of the day should be taken on an empty stomach.
Wait 20 to 30 minutes and then eat your regular breakfast.
Mix a second serving of one scoop of CellMass and four to six oz. of cold water or drink of your choice six to eight hours after your first dose. Drink this serving on an empty stomach.
