How to Find Out What Level You Are for P90X Nutrition
Unlike many popular diets, the P90X nutrition plan is not based on drastically cutting your caloric intake. Steven Edwards, Director of Results Beachbody, writes that many people hit a weight-loss plateau and stagnate while eating fewer calories. When they add more calories back into their diet, they begin to see increased weight loss. Since P90X is an extreme workout regimen, your body requires a higher calorie content intake compared to other diets. The P90X nutrition plan has three phases and three approaches for each phase.Things You'll Need
