Nopalina is a health supplement made from a range of ingredients, including pineapple and grapefruit extract, oat bran and flax seed. Nopalina is formulated to help cleanse the digestive tract of substances that may be toxic to the body. Instructions
Take a tablespoon of powder from the sachet. Tip the powder into a mug or cup.
