Still, results can be achieved in as little as a couple of days to a month of careful planning.

Drink a lot of water and green tea. This will help you begin flushing the toxins out of your body.
Eat lots of organic fruits and vegetables. If they are not organic, remember to wash your vegetables and fruits to get rid of pesticides.
Stay away from eggs, diary products and red meats. Do eat fresh fish or tofu.
Eat raw nuts or beans and legumes. The salted versions only increase sodium, something to be avoided on a detox diet.
Choose brown rice and oats over any wheat products.
