If you are going to experience carb crash, it generally occurs during the induction of the Atkins diet typically around day three to five. Make sure you are paying to any symptoms indicating this is what you are experiencing, such as light-headedness, fatigue, nausea, hunger and sugar cravings.
Symptoms of carb crash will usually pass once you get to around the first full week of the diet completed. If your symptoms are very mild and not bothersome, they may cease on their own.
