Is it possile to swallow your tonsils?

It is not possible for a person to swallow their tonsils. The tonsils are two small lymph nodes located at the back of the throat, which help to trap and filter bacteria and viruses. They are attached to the back of the tongue by a series of muscles and ligaments, and are not able to be moved or swallowed.
