How do you know when your tooth is rotten?
Signs and symptoms that a tooth is rotten:
- Persistent toothache or pain
- Sensitivity to hot or cold food or drinks
- Visible pits, cracks, or holes in the tooth
- Darkened or discolored tooth
- Bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth
- Swelling or tenderness in the gums surrounding the tooth
