Nite White Application Guide: A Step-by-Step Home Whitening Process
Whitening teeth is now a simple procedure that can be done in the comfort of one's own home, although it can also be done at a professional dentistry location. Nite White is a top-rated whitening procedure, and takes only a week to 10 days to complete.
Instructions
Place a small drop of the whitening gel in each tooth indentation in the tray. The drop should be halfway up on the inside of the front of the tray. Don't fill up the tray with the gel, and do not spread the whitening formula around.
Close the top of the whitening solution syringe until you will be using it again.
Insert whitening tray in the mouth over the teeth and press it against the front of the teeth firmly.
Wipe away any excess whitening solution that squeezes out onto your gums with a tissue.
Repeat this procedure once nightly for seven to 10 days, depending on how much whitening you need and what your dentist prescribes.
