Contrast PM Whitening: Professional Tooth Whitening Gel for Dentists
Contrastpm is a tooth-whitening gel sold by Spectrum Dental LLC, which is based in Culver City, California. It's manufactured specifically for dentists to give to patients, so consumers can't buy it in stores.-
Application
-
The patient applies a thin layer of gel to their teeth and then puts a teeth-whitening tray in their mouth. An oxidizing agent called carbamide peroxide is slowly released, which whitens the enamel.
Concentrations
-
Contrastpm is made with concentrations of 10 percent and 15 percent carbamide peroxide, which is designed for wearing the trays overnight. It also comes in a gel with 20 percent concentration to be used for one to two hours during the day.
Patient Kits
-
Patient kits consist of a touch-up package that has two syringes of gel, a mini kit that contains four gel syringes and a full patient kit that has eight syringes, a tray case and two sheets of tray materials.
