- Opalescence PF15 home whitening system
- Custom teeth tray made by dentist
Instructions
Contact your dentist and make an appointment to purchase Oplascence PF15 and get a custom teeth tray made for the home-whitening system.
Take the syringe and put a small amount of the whitening gel across the front six to eight teeth on the upper and lower front of the teeth trays. Do not use more than one-third of the syringe.
Brush your teeth, then put the trays in the upper and lower mouth. Be sure they are secure to the front teeth. Wipe off any excess gel as you do not want to irritate your gums.
Set your timer or watch according to your dentist's recommendations on how long to keep the trays in your mouth. The first time is about 30 to 60 minutes, according to your sensitivity. After that, keep the trays in four to six hours per day.
Take the trays out when the time is up and wash them with water and a soft toothbrush. Store the trays in the case that is provided.
Brush your teeth with warm water and a soft toothbrush to remove any residue. Rinse your mouth two times with water.
Total sessions are completed once you have accumulated 10 to 40 hours of total wearing time.
