• Toothbrush

  Brush your teeth thoroughly with a toothbush and toothpaste. Rinse well.

  Use the included syringe filled with gel to apply pea sized dots to each pocketed area in the mouth tray of the Opalescence Tooth Whitening Gel kit.

  Place the mouth tray over your teeth and press down to evenly distribute the whitening gel. Leave the tray in overnight.

  Remove the tray and brush your teeth again. Use your toothbrush to help scrub out the mouth tray and rinse thoroughly.

  Repeat the whitening regimen for three nights in a row. If more whitening is needed, you can use it for up to eight nights in a row.
