The Oral B Triumph is similar to an electric toothbrush, but it comes with a built-in computer that provides feedback and guidance to users. The computer comes loaded with two different timers, with one that even tells you where to brush. While the toothbrush is pretty high-tech, it is actually simple to use if you know how to choose the correct settings for you.

  Plug the toothbrush's base in to charge. Set the toothbrush into the charging slot and check the screen on the front of the toothbrush for a battery light to appear.

  Select either "Professional" or "Two Minute" on the timer that comes with the toothbrush. While each setting is two minutes long, the professional setting will periodically remind you to move to a certain section of the mouth.

  Apply the toothpaste of your choice to the brush and bring it close to your mouth. Hit the "On/Off" button on the handle to activate the brush.

  Brush your teeth until the timer stops and you see a smiley face on the screen.
