- Dentures
- Water
- Soft toothbrush
- Denture adhesive
- Denture cleanser
Instructions
Swish your mouth with water. This will loosen the adhesive on the dentures.
Remove the dentures slowly, using a rocking motion.
Remove the adhesive from your gums and dentures with a soft toothbrush and warm water.
Use a denture cleanser to clean the dentures before reapplying adhesive.
Apply adhesive and re-insert your dentures according to manufacturer instructions.
