Vitallium and Ultrasuction Inserts in Dentures: Compatibility Issues
Vitallium (cobalt-chromium) alloy cannot be added to a denture with ultrasuction inserts. Ultrasuction inserts fit into holes drilled in the base of a denture to increase suction.
