Apples and Braces: What You Need to Know
It is generally not recommended to eat an apple with braces. Apples are hard and crunchy, which can damage braces and cause discomfort. Additionally, the small seeds in apples can get caught in the braces and be difficult to remove. If you do want to eat an apple with braces, it is best to cut it into small pieces and chew it slowly. You should also avoid biting directly into the apple, as this can put too much pressure on the braces.Braces - Related Articles
