Emergency Bandage Bleeding: What to Do (First Aid Guide)

If bandage becomes soaked with fresh (bright red) blood

- Keep pressure off bandage - don't remove it; this could dislodge clot and cause worse bleeding

- Apply additional thick (fluffy) pressure dressing on top with more elevation; try to stop and control the bleeding

- Call for Emergency Medical Support immediately
