Effective Finger Wart Removal: A Step-by-Step Guide
Those ugly little bumps on your fingers can be embarrassing especially because your hands are one of the first body parts people see when they meet you. With a little bit of over-the-counter treatment, you can get rid of your warts in no time.Things You'll Need
- Salicylic-acid product
Instructions
Buy a wart remover product that is made with salicylic acid. There are hundreds of products on the market. If you're not sure which one to buy, ask your doctor which one he recommends.
Wash and dry the wart-infected area thoroughly.
Apply the wart-removal product to your skin. This is similar to putting on a bandage. Make sure the acid formula is covering the wart itself.
At the end of the day, take off the bandage and replace it with a new one.
Keep using the product until the wart falls off or becomes soft enough to wipe off with a cloth. This usually takes a couple weeks at the most.
