How to Discreetly Wear Diapers
Numerous health conditions, including incontinence or bedwetting, may necessitate the use of a diaper for an older child or adult. In some instances, the use of a diaper is a temporary need until the medical issue can be resolved. Wearing a diaper can be humiliating, causing some people to avoid doing it no matter how necessary it is. There are ways, however, to wear a diaper discreetly, so that your medical issues stay private.
Instructions
Purchase underwear with diaper padding built in, or have a seamstress sew cloth diapers into your underwear. This alternative to wearing regular diaper products allows you to get the same protection, but it looks like a bulky pair of underwear.
Wear thin, dark-colored underwear over a disposable diaper. The dark hue will help conceal the diaper, and the thin fabric won't add extra padding.
Put on the diaper in a private setting, such as a bathroom, where people are less likely to walk in on you. Simply bring the diaper into the bathroom with your other garments and discreetly put it on as you change clothes.
Dispose of the diaper in a plastic shopping bag. This allows you to take it off, place it in the bag and tie the bag closed, so that when you throw it away, no one can see what it is and question where the diaper came from and who is wearing it.
