How to Tell If You Have A Urinary Tract Infection
Women are more prone to urinary tract infections. But how can you tell if YOU have one? Follow these simple steps and you will be able to determine if you have a urinary tract infection.
Instructions
Step one is to look at your urine. Is it dark in color, cloudy, or bloody?
Normally urine should be yellow or straw-colored.
Step two is to smell your urine. Does it have a strong odor?
Step three is to keep track of how often you urinate. Do you urinate frequently but don't urinate very much? Do you often have an intense urge to urinate?
Step four is to keep track of your temperature. Do you have a slight fever?
Step five is to keep track of how you feel when you urinate. Do you experience a burning feeling? Perhaps like your urine is on fire.
Step six is to go to the doctor if you can say yes to any of these questions. You probably have a urinary tract infection (though other diseases process may also be a possibility).
