- Facial cleanser
- Water
- Towel
- Nose strip
Instructions
Wash your nose with facial cleanser and warm water. Let it dry or wipe dry with a towel.
Peel off the adhesive on the back of the nose strip. Without touching the adhesive, press the nose strip across the bridge of the nose.
Press the sides of the nose strip down so that they attach to the sides of your nose. Use your fingers to press it down firmly.
