How to Clean Inside the Tank of a ResMed CPAP
CPAP, or Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, are medical devices designed to treat obstructive sleep apnea. With a CPAP device, patients wear a pressurized mask over their nose to provide pressure to hold open their soft tissue within the airway, allowing them to breath during sleep. Some models come equipped with a humidifier to help prevent drying of the patient's nose and throat. Manufacturers typically specify cleaning schedules and procedures within the owner's manual for a particular piece of equipment.Things You'll Need
