Waterpik Use for Sinuses
WaterPik first became known as the inventor and purveyor of a dental water jet used to clean between teeth. Recently they introduced a new line of SinuSense products aimed at using water to clean the sinuses.-
WaterPik Water Pulsator
-
The SinuSense Water Pulsator is a hand-held, battery-powered device that shoots saline solution up through your nostrils and into your sinuses with a pulsating rhythm. The water moisturizes and cleans the sinuses of excess mucus. The Water Pulsator is safe for children six years and older.
Squeeze Bottle
-
The WaterPik squeeze bottle is designed to let you manually clean sinuses with saline solution. Its nozzle prevents backward flow from the sinuses. It comes with saline solution packs that have been treated with eucalyptus oil and aloe vera, and is safe for children four and up.
Neti Bottle
-
The WaterPik Neti Bottle is an ergonomic take on a traditional neti pot. Rather than squeezing saline solution up into the nostrils, the Neti Bottle requires you to lie on your back and let the solution pour downward into the sinuses.
Neti Pot
-
The WaterPik Neti Pot is a modern version of the neti pot, but is easier to use, with a large handle and a valve to help control the downward flow of the saline solution into the sinuses. The Neti Pot is the least intrusive, most gentle version of sinus cleaning, and is safe for children four and up.
