Dandruff: Causes, Spread, and Prevention

Dandruff itself is not contagious and cannot spread from person to person. However, the underlying causes of dandruff, such as Malassezia globosa fungus or certain skin conditions, can be passed from one person to another through direct contact or by sharing personal items like combs or brushes.
