Rash under my bra and I sleep with change it for awhile?
It's possible that the rash under your bra is caused by a skin irritation or an allergic reaction to the material of your bra. Here are some things you can do to address this issue:
1. Change Your Bra: Start by changing into a different bra that is made of a soft and breathable material. Avoid bras that are too tight or made from synthetic materials, as they can trap sweat and cause irritation.
2. Wash Your Bra Regularly: Make sure to wash your bra regularly, preferably after each wear. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can irritate the skin.
3. Apply a Soothing Lotion: After washing your bra, apply a fragrance-free and hypoallergenic lotion to the affected area. This can help soothe and moisturize the skin.
4. Consider a Dermatologist: If the rash doesn't improve within a few days, it's a good idea to consult a dermatologist. They can properly diagnose the cause of the rash and recommend the best treatment.
Additional Tips:
- Avoid scratching or picking at the rash, as this can worsen the irritation.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing to reduce friction and allow the area to breathe.
- If you exercise, change out of your sweaty clothes as soon as possible.
