Try to take pain medicine such as Tylenol Extra Strength, Advil, Aleeve or Motrin 800.
If taking meds still does not ease your pain try taking a warm relaxing bath. This will allow you to stretch out and get comfortable, perhaps may even take your mind off of your cramps.
After taking your bubble bath go old school with a heating pad. Apply the heating bad over the lower part of your stomach.
Exercising can sometimes relax your cramps, and I know you are probably thinking you do not want to do it because of the pain being so unbearable, but I promise it will work!
Eating healthy can sometimes determine how severer your cramps will be during the time of the month
