Nikken PalmMag & PowerMag Hand Massager: Usage Guide
Nikken manufactures products that employ "magnetic equalizing technology" to increase human contact with small, static magnetic fields. Originally created in 1975 to massage and stimulate sore feet, the company expanded to products such as comforters and the PalmMag massager, which you hold in your hand and apply to sore muscles. Sold in North America since the early 1990s, the PalmMag has been replaced by Nikken's PowerMag hand massager, but the way you use these rotational magnet massagers is the same.
Instructions
Remove the handle/battery cover of the PalmMag and make sure your 4 AA batteries are fully charged. Replace the battery cover. Plug the PalmMag into a power outlet.
Hold the top of the PalmMag and turn it on by pressing the power button.
Adjust the rotation speed of the magnet and vibration by pressing the buttons on the left and right of the power button.
Roll the bottom of the PalmMag over tense muscle groups like shoulders, glutes, thighs or your lower back.
Turn the PalmMag off by pressing the power switch again.
