Diarrhea, gas, seizures, arthritis, swelling, problems with teeth, itchiness, agitation, leg cramps, fever, hair loss, decreased sex drive, confusion, nasal congestion, troubled dreams and menstrual problems are rare side effects of Obestat.
Serious Side Effects

Obestat has caused suicidal thoughts in some people. If you feel suicidal, stop taking this medication and see a doctor.
Allergic Reaction

Swelling of the throat and tongue, hives and difficulty breathing may indicate an allergic reaction to Obestat. These side effects should be brought to the attention of a medical professional.
