Capitalization of 'Obesity': A Style Guide Explanation

Obesity should not be capitalized unless part of a proper name or title. For example, the National Institute of Health's National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases refers to "a severe form of obesity" with regard to class 3 or severe obesity.
