Numbness

Numbness can happen in or around the neck and radiate down the arms. This can be caused by pinched nerves in the neck or by a more serious condition, such as heart attack.
Pins and Needles

You may experience a sensation of pins and needles in the hands or fingers. This can also be caused by pinched nerves or by a circulation problem.
Pain in the Back

Neck or head pain may radiate down into the back. Back pain may be caused by neck injury or by muscle strain.
