DIY Scented Epsom Bath for Muscle Relief: A Relaxing Soak

- Glass container or bowl
- Measuring spoon
- Eucalyptus essential oil
- Rosemary essential oil
- Juniper essential oil
- Aluminum foil

Pour 2 cups of Epsom salt into a glass bowl or container. You can use more or less Epsom salt depending on whether you want to make enough scented salts for one bath or more.
Add half a tablespoon of eucalyptus to the salts. Cover the top of the container or bowl with aluminum foil. Shake the bowl or container well.
Uncover the bowl or container and add half a tablespoon of rosemary essential oil. Cover the bowl or container once more and shake well.
Take the aluminum foil off the bowl or container. Add half a tablespoon of juniper essential oil to the salts. Cover the bowl or container with the aluminum foil and shake for the last time.
