How to Use a Vibrating Massage Belt
Almost everyone loves a massage, but sometimes you can't find a willing partner to deliver the goods. That's where a vibrating massage belt can come in handy. Use it to soothe sore, achy muscles on the hips, waist, thighs and arms, or use it to invigorate them. You'll have to manually switch the massage belt to each body part, while an automatic timer counts the minutes of activity. So, when you need a massage, a vibrating massage belt is ready when you are; and, for between $25 and $80, there's one for just about everyone.
Instructions
Sit in a comfortable chair or lay on a bed where you can have access to an electrical outlet. Most models have an electrical cord attached, but some models boast remote control ability.
Wrap the vibrating massage belt around sore or tired muscles. By design, you can only massage one body part at a time. For instance, if you want to massage both arms, wrap the belt around one arm and once you're massage is over, unwrap it and move the belt to the other arm, or to a lower position on the same arm.
Switch the setting to your desired intensity. Most brands of vibrating massage belts offer multi-speed function. Choose your level of massage intensity.
Attach the extension belt to accommodate the hips and waist. When you're ready to have your hips or waist massaged, attach the extension belt so it can fit around those areas. Wrap the extension belt on the desired area and operate as above.
