How can you stretch the trapezius muscle?
To stretch the trapezius muscle:
1. Stand facing a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Reach up and place your palms on the wall overhead, with your arms extended straight.
3. Slowly lean forward from your hips until you feel a stretch in your upper back and shoulders.
4. Hold the stretch for 10-30 seconds, then repeat.
5. To increase the stretch, you can also move your arms from side to side.
6. Be sure to keep your back straight and avoid arching your lower back.
7. If you feel any pain, stop and consult a healthcare professional.
